SHIPPING

Our products are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service using first-class package service. ALL of our shippments are tracked and the customer will receive the tracking number(s) by email. If you do not receive a tracking check your spam folder.

At times the USPS reports the package as being delivered and that appears to not be the case. We ask that you report the lost package to the Postal Service and contact us ASAP. We will work together on a solution.  

100% HASSLE FREE RETURNS & REFUNDS

No non-sense returns! We will refund any unsatisfied customer. We will require you to return the product un-used. Packing and inserts not required. Contact us and we will additionally issue a return shipping label. Once the product is received we will issue a full refund.  

ALL SALES PROMOTIONS

Instructions: Customer must add the amount of products listed in the promo and apply appropriate discount code. The shopping cart will update showing the promo costs.

PS Heroes cannot apply discount codes the are forgotten by the consumer at the checkout. Under certain circumstances PS Heroes will cancel an order where the customer forgot the discount code but will require reimbursement for fees associated with the refund.

All FREE gifts are subject to limits. They are awarded on a first come, first serve basis. When limits are reached PS Heroes will make the necessary announcements on the website.
