• Wear What You WAR®: U.S. Trademark Registration No. 4700955 (Serial No. 86127902)

These trademarks, along with all associated logos, slogans, and branding elements, are protected under the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. §§1051 et seq.) and state trademark laws.

Unauthorized use of these marks in commerce, including but not limited to counterfeiting, imitation, or misleading representations, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

2. Patent Protection

Our products, including but not limited to uniquely designed pocket squares, are protected under U.S. Patent No. 9,051,681 (US9051681B1). Any unauthorized reproduction, manufacturing, sale, or distribution of patented products constitutes patent infringement under 35 U.S.C. § 271 and may be subject to civil remedies, including injunctive relief and damages.

3. Copyrights

All content on our website, including text, images, product designs, videos, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Pocket Square Heroes and is protected under the U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and applicable state laws.
